Weight Loss Tip of the Day

wannabevamp:

Try eating with your non-dominant hand!

A recent study has shown that if you switch hands to consume food with whichever is not dominant, you are likely to eat 30% less than if you eat with your main hand.

Not a good day today

Breakfast was good - a bowl of yoghurt, strawberries, corn flakes and müsli and a sunny side up - egg

second breakfast, two slices of read - one with salami and one with jam.

lunch - BIG plate of potatoes and chicken, broccoli and carrots

snacks - chai tea with milk, two apples, grapes and a cup of coffee/hot choco

dinner - big plate of rice and ham

desert - apple pie with vanilla sauce, two portions, and 5 small chocolate balls

training: 50 minutes of figure skating, walking in stairs for some minutes, and just walking. And standing up like 7 hours

Hi guys, I’m back :)

Starting over, for the third time. Current weight is 68-69 kgs and I really need to be at 63 in middle of June. Or less ;)

So, I’m gonna try my best, but this week it’ll be hard, because I have access to food all day (I’m working at a restaurant/cafe) so… I’ll try my best :)

If you have any tips for me, just put it in my ask box. Thank you! :D

:(

We were supposed to go to the beach today with my school, and when I tried my bikini on I was really hoping that it would look O.K. Since I lost weight and everything. But the truth is, I’m uglier than ever before, so I made my parents say I was sick.

Wow!

Meet Shirley, 10 months ago, she weighed 343 pounds.

After 10 months of serious work out and strict diet (no treatments and surgery), this is how she looks now.

She lost a total of 219 pounds and currently weighs 124 pounds.

SHE’S TRULY INSPIRATIONAL. PLEASE DON’T LOSE HOPE, if Shirley can, we all can. :) Good luck beautiful!

HOLY SHIT.
